The Katsina State Governor, Rt. Hon. Aminu Bello Masari had on sunday visited 2 major ongoing new road construction projects across the campaign Local Government Areas of Musawa and Kankara.

Katsina Media and Publicity reports that the roads are Dayi – Tuge – gangule – cundawa which is 28 KM distance and so far the surface dressing has been concluded awaiting a completion of major bridge, the work in progress is over 50%.

The 2nd road is that of Kankara – zango – Dan sabau which in distance is 24Km, giving the analysis of the project, the Managing Director of the Contracting company explained to the Governor that the project started in Dec, 2017 and now up to 18 km is surface dressed.

The Governor however asked the contractor as to when they will commence construction of the major bridge as he received a number of complaints. He responded that soon, as they had just resumed from leave.

@katgovmedia reports that Masari toured the 18km that has been surface dressed and personally saw for himself the level of progress on the work. He also visited the Sarkin Pawwan Katsina and finally visited the venue of the Kankara campaign.
