Wife of the Katsina state Governor, Hajiya Binta Aminu Bello MASARI had today flagged off the BUHARI/MASARI 2019 reelection campaign for Katsina Senatorial Zone, today at National Youth Service Corp orientation Camp, Katsina.
Katsina Media and Publicity reports that the supporters who came from across the 11 Local Government Areas of Katsina, Jibia, Kaita, Batsari, Safana, Danmusa, Dutsenma, Charanchi, Rimi, Batagarawa and Kurfi converged at the venue in show of support for Buhari/Masari 2019.
At the event, the Hon. Commissioner, Ministry for Women Affairs , Badiya Hassan Mashi called on the women to reelect Masari because under his government, over 50,000 women were empowered under various schemes provided by his government, highlighting the recent over 4000 woment empowered with a start up capital of N10,000 each, to boost rearing also over 2,000 women were identified and empowers with two goats each as over 2,000 youth are undergoing various trainings in different skills.
Badiya cautioned women to be wary of falsities created by the Peoples Democratic Party-PDP, and vote for “CHANGE” ones more so as to experience consolidation of the good work under President Muhammadu Buhari and Governor Aminu Bello Masari.
On the elections, she called on women to remain focused, and avoid doing the hausa cultural decoration “Lalle” as card reader rejects such decorated fingers.
Earlier, one of the Women leaders of the APC Katsina state, Hajiya Safiya Daura, welcomed the people and thanked the Governor for easing their job of campaign as he has delivered on most of his 2015 Campaign promises.
@katgovmedia reports that Hajiya Murja ‘Yan Tumaki who also blessed the occasion reminded women of where they were as of the previous administrations and the commitment of the State Governor towards women empowerment and called on them to reelect Masari.
On her part, wife of the APC Katsina Senatorial Candidate, called on women to vote for APC to consolidate on the developmental strides already in place.
Binta Masari finally, went round all the tents to appreciate the people for their attendance.
